New Moon in Gemini
On Wednesday June 6th we have a powerful New Moon in Gemini and a rare and potent planetary alignment.
Each New Moon, The Sun and The Moon meet in the same sign offering us the opportunity to realign and to manifest. This New Moon is particularly powerful as Venus, Mercury and Jupiter will also be joining The Sun and The Moon in the sign of Gemini.

New Moon in Gemini is a time to use your voice as part of your rituals. Mercury - the planet of communication is in its home sign of Gemini bestowing us with the tools we need to express ourselves effectively.
In my yoga classes I have been working with chanting the mantras for the heart and throat space to cultivate a connection between our hearts desires and our words.
This work will be especially fruitful around New Moon.
The mantra for the heart chakra is “Yam”
The mantra for the throat chakra is “Ham”
I also recommend going outside, standing beneath the stars and speaking your intentions out loud. Mercury - the winged messenger, will carry your requests to the gods.
